I love eating. According to Heath, I’m his fattest friend (This coming from the guy who goes to bed eating m&m’s and wakes up eating m&m’s).
So the best part so far is we get to eat whatever the F we want. If you were concerned with your performance on the bike, you might go for different things. But if you’re just talking eating less than you burn, you get carte blanche. So for all those diets out there that you’ve tried and they just don’t work, we’ve got one for you. It’s called “Ride your ass off and eat your ass off”. All you have to do is ride a bike for 6-8 hours a day.
